O'terra suction cups were specially designed for the clinic. USE
Place the suction cup on a zone previously coated with the O'terra anti-cellulite balm and vacuum the air to create a suction. The skin automatically enters the suction cup, just start the massage. We recommend circulatory and back-and-forth movements for at least two minutes per zone. To maximize the results, we advise you to do it 5 times and more a week in the first month. Thereafter, one to three times a week will suffice.

Do not use suction cups if you have varicose veins/varicosities before consulting your doctor or pharmacist. Always follow the direction of blood circulation when moving suction cups.
