Information:The 1st special blonde brilliance treatment developed by a brand of bleaching. An essential post-bleaching treatment, specially formulated for bleached hair.
Neutralizes pH and hydrates bleached hair for a shiny blonde colour.

Use: Following a bleaching treatment, apply the Blondor Seal & Care evenly on wet and clean hair. Leave on for 5 minutes. Rinse thoroughly.
