Directions for use: Before going to bed, apply one to two doses in the palm of the hand, depending on the thickness and length of the hair. Distribute on the mid-lengths and ends on damp or dry hair. Ideally, use a comb to distribute the product evenly. Leave on overnight. Do not rinse.
