Shipping policy

CONCEPT C POLICY (WEB)

We offer expedited parcel shipping within 1-5 business days* (unless otherwise stated on the product page or in the top banner of the website).

Delivery is FREE for all orders of $59 and above (before taxes). This threshold must be met using a promo code.

*Business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

*If a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the holiday will be observed on the next business day. Consequently, post offices will be closed, and no mail deliveries will occur on those days.

In order to prevent theft, any parcel valued over $250, taxes included, will require a mandatory signature. If you are not available at your residence, the parcel will be automatically redirected to a post office.

Shipping Costs and Delivery Times

When a customer places an order on our website, they are informed of the availability of the items they have selected. In case of out-of-stock items, the customer has the option to receive an email alert to be informed of the restocking.

At checkout, the total price including taxes, shipping, and handling fees, in Canadian dollars, will be displayed before the order is finalized. The credit card will be charged in Canadian dollars based on the fees presented during the payment process.

For shipments totaling less than $59, a shipping fee of $10.99 + taxes applies. The total shipping time will be 1 to 5 business days. Please note that the delivery address must be located in Canada.

If the customer provides an incorrect address (e.g., missing apartment number) resulting in the parcel being returned to the CONCEPT C. SHOP shipping center, a fee of $10.99 plus taxes will be charged to the customer to cover the costs of reshipping the parcel.

If the customer does not retrieve their parcel from the post office and it is returned to the shipping center, we will automatically refund the parcel deducting the return fee of $10.99 plus taxes.

Delivery Delay or Parcel Loss

Any order not received at the address provided by the customer within 7 days after its shipment is considered lost. In this situation, Canada Post may contact you to conduct an investigation. We kindly ask you to respond to their requests to facilitate this investigation. CONCEPT C. SHOP undertakes, subject to the availability of items, to resend the order to the customer within 7 business days, or to refund all or part of the out-of-stock items.
