While looking for a particular shampoo and conditioner, Google brought up Concept C. Since it was a new site to me, I was a little hesitant, however after a little more research I realized they were legitimate. After I placed my order, I had a question and they actually phoned me! I was very impressed by that level of customer service. My parcel arrived - all bottles were carefully taped shut and it was very well packaged. They even tucked in a discount card which I intend to use!
