Use
1- Clean your face
2- Apply the O'terra facial massage balm to the whole face.
3- Start the treatment by emptying the air on the suction cup to create a suction. Start from the inside of the face and move outwards.
- Use the small suction cup on the cheeks, forehead, chin and neck.
- Use the mini suction cup for the contour of your eyes as well as around the mouth and on the mouth.
4- Do 2 to 4 times a week, 4 minutes in total on the whole face.

WARNING
Never leave a suction cup suctionless without movement.
Always do it in the evening before bedtime (except for lips, you can do it during the day for a luscious effect). Keep the balm out of the sun and avoid leaving it in the heat.
