This conditioner is the final step in the 3 step High Bright regimen, out new blonde haircare system powered by Vitamin C and Redken's Brightening Care Complex. This system washes away buildup and impurities in hair, brightening dulled, darkened or mattified blonde hair caused by dulling agents and pollution.
