Recommendations for use: Start with freshly cleansed, dry hands.
Remove the gloves from the packaging and *carefully* pull on both ends to open the top of the glove. Slide each hand into an individual glove. Leave on for 30 to 60 minutes. Remove each glove and discard after use (single use only). Massage the remaining cream into the skin.
