Directions for use:

• Use as a pre-shampoo :
  For fine hair : This mask can be used as a pre-shampoo treatment for a light conditioning effect. Apply the product to the scalp and wet hair. Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes, then rinse before shampooing.
  
• For normal or thick hair : for perfectly detangled, hydrated and nourished hair, apply the product as a treatment before your shampoo. Leave on for 3 to 5 minutes, before rinsing. Then wash your hair with the Renewing anti-aging shampoo, then after rinsing, reapply this regenerating mask, leaving it on for up to 5 minutes. Rinse and dry your hair gently.
  
• Use as a conditioner :
  For normal hair : After using the Renewing anti-aging shampoo, apply this hair mask to the scalp and towel-dried hair for optimal prevention results.
