Recommendations for use: Exfoliate before use (preferably 24 hours prior) with an exfoliating mitt and Nuda Scrub for best results. Do not exfoliate, wash, or shave the skin on the day of application. Avoid wearing perfume, deodorant, or lotions. To apply, dispense 1 to 2 pumps per area onto an application mitt. Apply to the skin one area at a time in upward circular motions until the mixture is evenly distributed. Wait 5 minutes before dressing. This product should be rinsed off after 6 hours. Your tan will continue to develop and will be fully effective after 12 hours, even after rinsing.

AFTERWARDS: Wear dark-colored, loose-fitting clothing. Wait at least 6 hours before rinsing, showering, or applying other products. Moisturize daily with body cream to prolong and maintain your tan. Avoid waxing and exfoliating for the duration of the tan.
