Recommendations for use: Exfoliate before use (preferably 24 hours prior) with an exfoliating mitt and Nuda exfoliant, for best results. Do not exfoliate, wash or shave skin on the day of application. Avoid wearing perfume, deodorant or lotions. To apply, dispense 1 to 2 pumps per area onto an applicator mitt. Apply to skin one area at a time in upward circular motions until evenly blended. Wait 5 minutes before dressing. This product should be rinsed off after 6 hours. Your tan will continue to develop and be fully effective after 12 hours, even after rinsing.

AFTERWARDS: Wear dark, loose-fitting clothing. Wait at least 6 hours before rinsing, showering or applying other products. Hydrate daily with body cream to prolong and maintain the tan. Avoid waxing and exfoliating for the duration of the result.
