Recommendations for use: Mix the lightening powder with a BLONDME Premium Developer in a 1:1.5 to 1:2.5 ratio depending on the desired consistency. Apply to dry hair. For root applications, use a 7 Volume (2%) or 20 Volume (6%) developer. For lengths only, use a 30 Volume (9%) developer. Leave on for 20 to 45 minutes without heat, checking regularly until the desired result is achieved.
