The 20 volume developer holds the perfect strength for a conventional bleaching or to tone naturally clear blond hair (level 8 or higher).

Usage tips:

• Mix developer with BlondMe Bond Enforcing bleach powder using the appropriate ratio.
• Part hair into sections.

• Use a large amount of product to ensure complete saturation.
