The 40 volume developer is perfect for lightening natural bases of level 6 or 7.

Usage tips:

• Mix developer with BlondMe Bond Enforcing bleach powder using the appropriate ratio.
• Part hair into sections.

• Use a large amount of product to ensure complete saturation.
